SAP MIGO reduce inventory for obsolete material

SAP MIGO Reduce Inventory for disposal, obsolete, internal and other usage material except sales

1. Go to Tcode MIGO


2. Select "Goods Issue"
3. Select "Others"
4. Enter date
5. Select moving type : "551"
6. Click "material" tab
7. Enter material code



8. Click "Quantity" tab
9. Enter quantity of inventory you want to reduce

10. Select "where" tab.
11. Enter plant and storage
12. Check movement type.



13. Select "Account Assignment" button.
14. Enter suitable G/L account code
e.g. obsolete material account code.
Default account code will be used if we do not enter in this field.
15. Enter "cost center".





16. Click "check" button.


17. SAVE, If "the document is OK" message displayed.


18. Noted the document no.
